1. What’s Covered

Our warranty applies to:

  • Functional Issues: Problems that prevent the product from performing as intended.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Warranty Period

  • Standard Products: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Extended Warranty: Available for select products—check the product page for details.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To claim your warranty, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our Contact Page with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof: Send photos or videos showing the defect, along with your proof of purchase.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

4. Resolution Options

Depending on the assessment, we may offer:

  • Repair: Fixing the defective product at no cost.
  • Replacement: Sending a new product of the same model.
  • Refund: Issuing a full refund if repair or replacement isn’t feasible.

Resolution methods may vary depending on the product category and specific circumstances.

5. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products purchased outside our official store.

6. Software & Feature Activation Notice

            VAG Group Retrofits:

  • App-Connect and similar infotainment features may be enabled via software configuration at the time of installation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, software-enabled features are not supplied with manufacturer-issued activation certificates (FECs) and may not support official Volkswagen software updates in the same way as factory-installed systems. This applies to the entirety of the VAG group manufacturers (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley)
  • The same ruling applies for BMW FSCs unless stated otherwise and also for Mercedes VeDoc.
  • BMW Infotainment Retrofit – Important Information
    This product uses genuine OEM BMW hardware supplied and configured as a retrofit upgrade. It is not a factory-installed system.
  • BMW retrofit systems may differ from factory-installed systems in areas such as software behaviour, ConnectedDrive services, over-the-air updates, and dealer coding support.
  • Features such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, or ConnectedDrive functionality may be enabled via software configuration at the time of installation.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these features are not supplied with BMW-issued activation certificates and may not be supported by future BMW software updates or dealer software tools.
  • Functionality is tested at the time of installation. Continued compatibility with future BMW software releases cannot be guaranteed.

    Mercedes-Benz:
  • This product uses genuine OEM Mercedes-Benz hardware supplied as a retrofit solution. It is not a factory-installed system.
  • Mercedes-Benz retrofit systems may differ from factory-installed systems in areas such as software behaviour, MBUX functionality, online services, dealer diagnostics, and update compatibility.
  • Features including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, or MBUX-related services may be enabled via software configuration as part of the retrofit process.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these features are not activated using manufacturer-issued licences and may not be affected by, or compatible with, future Mercedes-Benz software updates.
  • All features are tested for operation at the time of installation. Ongoing compatibility with future manufacturer software or dealer tools cannot be guaranteed.
