Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

All parcels will be sent out within 1-2 working days if in stock (you will be notified of this beforehand if the order is custom made or not in stock).

Stock could take 2-4 weeks to arrive to us, after which it'll be dispatched to you.

For UK customers our standard delivery is Hermes Standard delivery (1-3 working days).

You get the option to use DPD Next Day Delivery at an extra cost.

All international parcels have the same policy as UK parcels, however, lead times can vary from 3-28 working days depending on the country.

Rest assured, in any instance we are working around the clock to get your order to you!

Returns and Exchange Policy:

Many of our items are custom made order. For any order that is custom made to order there is a strict no exchange or return policy.

If the item you purchased is something we already stock (a readily made product), you will be able to return this item to us (you would pay return postage fees) so long has the seal of the item has not been opened as it is then deemed as used.

If returned, you will be given a 12 month credit note which you can use on the site for other items.

For any sale items, returns are not available and it is direct exchange only. You will also pay returning shipping costs and will be given an online credit note to use in our store (expires after 12 months).
